  • Agar do bhare hue paranthe khayein to umdah rahega. Jaise ke ham aloo, gobhi, methi ya kisi bhi sabzi ke paranthe khate hai. Zarur khayein. ya phir do (2) roti ke sath kuch kha lijiye.

  • Machhli.

  • Anda.

  • Paneer.

  • Hari salad ke sath chakundar, Patta gobhi, Gajar, Tamatar bhi khayein.

  • Sath-sath thoda sa dahi zarur khalijiya.

  • Sham ka Nashta taqreeban 5.30 se 6.30 baje ke darmiyan:

    • Butter mila hua sabzi ka ya chicken ka soup piyein.
    • Mayonnaise aur cheese se bhara sabzi ka sandwich
  • Raat ka Khana taqreeban 8.30 se 9.30 baje ke darmiyan: 

    Jo aapne dopahar mein khaya tha usi me se khayein. Bas ke chawal istimal mein na lijiye.

  • Raat ko Sone se Thodi Der Pahle Taqreeban 10.30 se 11.30 baje ke darmiyan:

    Ek doodh ka glass piyein.

In sab khane-peene ki chizon ke sath-sath pani peene ki miqdar ka khas khayal rakhiyega. Agar pani mein kami hui to haazma hazam mein diqqatein pesha ayengi. Qabz ki pareshani se rahat ke liye wazifa dekhein.

  • Wuzu ki halat mein rehte hue ye amal karna hai.

  • Kisi bhi behtar waqt aur kisi bhi roz se ap ye amal shuru kar sakte hai.

  • Ye wazifa mufeed-o-mujarrab hai. Yaqeeni, parhezgari aur taqwa ke sath ise mukammal parhein.

  • Qur’an-e-Pak ki Surah ‘adad 48 ki ayat ‘adad 29 ka ek hissa. Ayat upar dekhein. Is ayat ko rozana ek martabah parhiye.

  • Parhne niyat wazan badhane ke liye honi chahiye.

  • Pura parhne ke bad akheer mein wazan badhane ke liye dua kijiye.

  • Insha ALLAH is wazifa ki madad se zarur wazan mein izafah hoga, Ameen. Aur upar di hui khuraak ke qayde se agar ap zarur chaliye.

  • Is amal ko parhne ke sath-sath behtar hoga wazan barhanay ke liye gaay ka khalis ghee khane mein istimal mein lein.

  • Jab tak ap chahe is amal ko parh sakte hai. Iski koi miyad nahi hai.

Ghaur Talab: Khawateen hazi/maahwari mein ise nahi parhein.
